I ordered the "Birkin" in 25cm in rouge with gold hardware. Instead I received black, 30 cm with silver hardware. Granted, I had also ordered that combination, but instead of receiving a "Birkin" in 25cm, rouge with gold hardware, I got TWO black, 30cm with silver hardware. Radio silence despite sending pictures of the two black bags, as PopSewing customer service requested, as well as a copy of my original order clearly stating 25cm, rouge w/ gold hardware. While the bags are inexpensive, a customer should get what is paid for. That, and the entire order took more than 6 weeks to receive.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The bag appears to be very well put together. There was definitely a lot of attention to detail. I like that all of the hardware was covered and that it came in a dust bag. It's exactly what I had hoped it would be. Very impressed.
