The package took a while for delivery from China. The kits were easy to put together, but very annoying to follow along via video. According to ads I got (and still get) people would say they follow the printable directions, but when I asked customer service they said they only had the YouTube video. This is probably the only thing stopping me from buying another kit. Response from customer service takes 24-48 hours which was also annoying when I had a question. I could’ve completed the project in 4-6 hours, but it took me 3 days waiting for responses. Overall easy and fun, but they need to include printable directions or illustrations.
