I got the Inspired Kelly in a dark red wine colour. Stunning handwork was done with the product. But the product itself wasn’t the only thing that makes me a repeated customer. The prompt service and communication with their customer service staff is impeccable. They kept me up to date with the delivery. I had issues with the delivery service (NOT popsewing’s fault) and when I noticed them of what occurred. They were very helpful in giving me the information I needed in a very timely manner. The 25 inspired Kelly Top Grain Brown bag I purchased blew my mind. The craftsmanship is exquisite, flawless and gorgeous. It blew my mind and surpassed any expectations I may of had. Perfect size for a night out but I will be needing another size for day to day. I will be purchasing the 28.

I saw an advertisement on fb about this company, I'm a little bit hesitant at first but upon researching and reading some reviews I gave it a shot. It took almost a month for the package to arrive in Italy a little bit longer than expected but the customer service always update me and assure me that its on the way. They have the best customer service, always realiable and very helpful.
