Very easy to use and understand
When I first purchased this kit, I had a small issue that required communication with the seller. They promptly responded to my message, were very polite, and addressed my issue thoroughly. Excellent customer service!! The kit itself is worth every penny I paid for it. The colors are true to the description provided, with plenty of string to complete it plus a little extra. Yes, it does come with everything you need. The pre-finished material makes everything easy to work with, so once I received my package I could start my project immediately. I highly recommend this product and WILL be purchasing another for myself and probably one or two as gifts!
