Nice Handsewn Kylie - But Packaging Needs Improvement

First, if you order a bag to be made vs one in-stock, be patient. Mine took a month. That was no problem for me, just beware. It’s an adorable bag and overall I’m very happy with it. I purchased an in-stock bag previously and was so impressed when it arrived in an orange inner box, impeccably wrapped, stuffed, stickered, etc. The Kylie custom order arrived wrapped in plastic. No orange box. No packing/protection. The only item on the entire bag that had any type of protection was the silicone covers on the feet. There was nothing inside the bag to hold its shape. There was nothing in place to keep the handle’s shape. There were no protective stickers on the hardware. Flap had no paper/protection. As a result, the bag’s handle was misshapen, causing the flap on one side to be out of alignment with the other side. I’m working on correcting the areas affected. My first purchase included all this detailed packaging/protection. I’m hoping the poor packaging was a quality oversight and won’t happen to anyone else. Love the bag, but the packaging got zero stars from me.

Nice leather and smooth crafting!

I was looking for a leather, designer-inspired (you know which one I mean) bag that didn't cost a fortune but wouldn't fall apart easily like the cheap, PU leather options. This one blew my mind: I've been wearing it since I made it and it holds up great! It's really easy to clean and the texture makes the leather pretty scratch proof.

The crafting part was easy and relatively quick - I made it over a weekend while binging a show. The tutorial was reasonably easy to follow, too. A piece of advice, though: do not underestimate the thread length suggested in the videos! It takes as much thread as the tutorial says, even if it looks too long.
